Goodness knows I should have invested in Amazon or Borders but  I love animation and pickup books pretty regularly on the subject. So I was excited to view this weeks project.   I visited Go!animate to see how this operates.

What you should do is format your photos, the smaller the better, as it will be quick to upload to the site. For the Sun bear and the tortoise, they are 100dpi about 200px width.

You  create an account and upload the file just like you do any other program. The first time I played it back, I thought this is cute, but how do I animate the bunny? I want him to do something else, not the same as everyone else who builds this slide show.

Looks like I cant. Well, I probably can in Flash but I would have to build the entire movie myself. I have the know how, but just not the time-tonight. :-)

I know my assignment was to look at RSS feeds, and I have already started to subscribe to a few. Now I wanted to do someting else. What If I posted to a blog of someone I don’t know?  I feel comfortable here in our forum, but I wanted to not just dip my foot into the water, but jump right in.

If you know anything about Photoshop, you probably have heard of Scott Kelby, he is the editor-in-chief for Photoshop User magazine and the president of NAPP the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.

I have heard about his blog, but keep forgetting to check it out. So I used BlogLine to see if I can find it. Sure enough it was there, and it had an RSS feed. He was blogging about the negative response to his latest book on Amazon as it is not his typical photoshop how to book.

If you have ever looked at the Down and Dirty books in Photoshop, please do, they are full of tips to take your photo from good to great.

Why not send Mr. Kelby a response to his question? So I did. I have no idea if he will respond but it was fun trying.

Oh, yes, I did subscribe to his RSS feed.
